Filey Southdene is a thriving club situated in the lovely seaside resort of Filey, established in the late 1800's. Our present bowling club has been in existence at our current Southdene site since the mid 1930s. We provide coaching for new members at the start of the season and welcome all ages and abilities.
Teams visit from all over the country and we play friendly matches against local teams. We have teams in all the leagues in our area, as well as playing in County matches.
Members continue to meet in the winter in the pavilion, where there is a games afternoon every Monday and a coffee morning the 2nd Saturday in each month, these are well supported by members.
